The vision of the Human Health Plan Foundation (HHPF) is to "make health knowledge universally accessible to the public." Therefore, we oppose closed technological monopolies. However, given the special nature of the medical and health field—where any incorrect execution can be life-threatening—we have established a management system of "strict entry, lenient exit, and hierarchical authorization". We welcome global partners to use HHPF's brand, technology, and content under legal, compliant, and standardized conditions to jointly promote the upgrading of human health civilization.

I. Green Channel: Public Welfare and Communication Authorization

——No Approval Needed, Just Follow the Agreement

For knowledge dissemination for non-profit purposes, we adopt an "implied license" system.

1. Applicable Objects:
   • Individual users, non-profit organizations (NPO/NGO), public schools, public libraries, and public welfare media.
2. Authorization Scope:
   • Reposting popular science articles and white paper abstracts publicly available on the HHPF official website.
   • Using HHPF's theoretical charts in non-commercial lectures.
   • Individual downloading and using the free version of SMD for self-health management.
3. Authorization Agreement:
   • Follow the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 (Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives) international agreement.
   • Core Requirements: Must retain the signature "Human Health Plan Foundation (HHPF)", retain the original link, and must not modify the original content or use it for any paid projects.

II. Gold Channel: Commercial and Professional Authorization

——Strict Review, Paid/Exchange Cooperation

For institutions that wish to use HHPF's brand, technology, and SOPs for commercial operations or professional services, we implement an "application-review-signing" system.

1. Brand and Technology Franchise (Franchise Authorization)

• Applicable Objects: Health centers, clinics, health and wellness centers, and physical examination institutions.
• Authorization Content:
  • Hanging the sign "HHPF Certified Service Center" or "SMD Systems Medicine Cooperation Institution".
  • Commercial use of the SMD artificial intelligence system (enterprise version).
  • Importing HHPF standardized natural therapy SOPs.
• Conditions: Must pass qualification review, pay technology franchise fees or system usage fees, and accept regular service quality spot checks from HHPF.

2. Training and Education Authorization (Education Authorization)

• Applicable Objects: Vocational training schools and educational institutions.
• Authorization Content:
  • Offering training courses for "HHPF Certified Health Coaches" and "Enlightenment Meditation Instructors".
  • Using official HHPF teaching materials and question banks.
• Conditions: Teachers must be certified by HHPF headquarters, and certificates issued must be uniformly issued by HHPF.

3. Product and Supply Chain Authorization (Product Authorization)

• Applicable Objects: Food manufacturers, medical device manufacturers, and wearable device manufacturers.
• Authorization Content:
  • Using the "HHPF Strictly Selected" or "HHPF Recommended" logos on product packaging.
  • Accessing product data to the SMD system.
• Conditions: Products must pass the rigorous testing and A/B experimental verification of HHPF Standardization Engineering.

III. Blue Channel: Scientific Research and Academic Authorization

——Deep Cooperation, Data Sharing

For partners dedicated to life science research, we provide in-depth "scientific research partner" authorization.

1. Applicable Objects:
   • University research laboratories, medical academies, and independent laboratories.
2. Authorization Content:
   • Accessing HHPF's desensitized RAG medical case database and original datasets.
   • Jointly conducting clinical trials of HHPF Standardization Engineering.
3. Conditions:
   • Signing the "Data Security and Confidentiality Agreement".
   • Research results must be published with HHPF as a co-research institution.

IV. Application Process (Application Process)

We have formulated standardized authorization SOPs to ensure fairness and efficiency:

1. Submit Application (Submit):
   • Visit the "Partners" page on the official website and fill out the "HHPF Authorization Cooperation Application Form", clearly stating the type of authorization and usage scenarios.
2. Qualification Pre-review (Review):
   • The HHPF Authorization Committee will review within 5 working days. Core review criteria: whether values match (truth-seeking/benevolence) and whether qualifications are compliant.
3. Sign Agreement (Sign):
   • After passing the review, both parties sign the "Intellectual Property Authorization Agreement", clearly defining rights, obligations, duration, and fees (if applicable).
4. Empowerment and Supervision (Empower & Monitor):
   • HHPF provides technical access and VI material packages. At the same time, a monitoring mechanism is activated. Once illegal use is discovered (such as false propaganda, substandard services), the "circuit breaker mechanism" will be triggered immediately, terminating the authorization and pursuing accountability.
