The white papers, theoretical systems, SOP standards, and related content released by the Human Health Plan Foundation (HHPF) are not just combinations of words and code, but also the crystallization of wisdom from the HHPF team, expert volunteers, and partners in the exploration of a "paradigm shift." We advocate for "knowledge equality" and encourage dissemination for public welfare purposes; however, we must prevent professional medical knowledge from being tampered with, taken out of context, or used for unauthorized commercial profit through strict copyright protection. This concerns not only intellectual property rights but also the life safety of users.

1. Subject Statement: All content on this website (HHPF official website) and related publications (including but not limited to white papers, SOP manuals, APP content, audio-video tutorials) are the exclusive property of the Human Health Plan Foundation or its authorized affiliated institutions.
2. Legal Basis: This statement is protected by international copyright conventions (such as the Berne Convention), the copyright laws of the country where it is located, and relevant intellectual property laws and regulations. Any rights not explicitly authorized are reserved by HHPF.

II. Scope of Protection (Scope of Protection)

We classify protected intellectual achievements using MECE principles, covering all the following forms:

1. Text Content:
   • The full text of white papers, the textual expressions of the HHPF theoretical system (First Principles, Life Systems Theory, Health Engineering Methodology).
   • Various standardized SOP manuals (such as "Natural Therapy Standard Operating Procedures"), and medical case libraries (RAG Database).
2. Digital Assets:
   • The source code, algorithm logic, and API interface documentation of the SMD artificial intelligence system.
   • The curriculum outline, guidance scripts, mindfulness audio, and video materials of the SMD Enlightenment Training Camp.
3. Visual Identification:
   • HHPF's logo, UI design style, webpage layout design, original medical illustrations and charts.
4. Data Assets:
   • Cleaned and annotated medical datasets, statistical data and charts from A/B tests.

III. Licensing & Restrictions

To balance "public welfare dissemination" and "commercial protection," we implement a hierarchical authorization mechanism:

1. Permitted Use (Public Welfare and Academic Friendly)

We encourage the following behaviors without special application, but they must comply with the "CC BY-NC-ND" principle (Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives):

• Personal Learning: Individuals may download and print content from this website for self-health management or academic research.
• Public Welfare Dissemination: Nonprofit organizations and public welfare media may repost HHPF's popular science articles, provided they retain the HHPF watermark and source links.
• Academic Citation: Academic institutions or researchers citing views from this white paper must strictly indicate the source as "Human Health Plan Foundation (HHPF)."

2. Prohibited Behaviors (Zero Tolerance for Commercial Use and Tampering)

Without written authorization from HHPF, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Commercial Profit: Using HHPF's SOP manuals, course content, or SMD system for any form of paid training, publishing sales, membership services, or bundled sales.
• Content Tampering: Modifying, distorting, or mutilating HHPF's medical advice or theoretical expressions. (Special Warning: Incorrect medical guidance may lead to serious consequences, and such infringements will face the most severe legal liability.)
• Impersonation: Using HHPF's content to package products or services not certified by HHPF, misleading the public.
• Technical Decompilation: Conducting reverse engineering, packet capture, or malicious data crawling on the SMD artificial intelligence system.

IV. Disclaimer & Enforcement

1. Content Nature Statement: The content of this website and white papers is intended to provide health education and reference, and does not constitute direct medical prescriptions. Although we have strict copyright protection, this does not mean that we are legally liable for the consequences of users' self-application of relevant knowledge.
2. Infringement Handling Mechanism: HHPF has a professional legal team and intellectual property monitoring system.
   • Monitoring: We monitor illegal reproduction and commercial misuse of HHPF content globally.
   • Accountability: Once infringement is discovered, we will immediately take measures including but not limited to sending lawyer's letters, filing complaints for removal, initiating civil lawsuits, and pursuing criminal liability (for serious piracy and profit-making).
